NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a special meeting of the members of Redland Soccer Club:
WHEN: February 17, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Redland Soccer Clubhouse, Old Quaker Road, Etters, PA
AGENDA: The membership will act upon the following agenda items submitted by the Board of Directors:
1. The proposed Agreement of Merger and Plan of Reorganization between the West Shore Soccer Club, Inc. and the Redland Soccer Club, Inc.
2. Proposed changes to the Articles of Incorporation of the Redland Soccer Club, Inc.
3. Elect nine (9) Directors for the merged Club’s Board of Directors.

We would like to welcome the new RedLand Soccer Club 2010 Board of Directors. Nevin Shenck, Jim Noble, Rick Esser, Duncan Price, Shelby Boger, Josh Plaza, Jamie Nagy, Matt Neff, and Mike Dorwart. Thank you to those members who attended the meeting last night and shared their thoughts and feelings on the upcoming events.

If you played in the fall, you are automatically registered for the spring. You will not need to do anything. If you are a new player, please visit our registration info tab for futher information. Thank you! ____________________________________________________________________________ We are currently looking for individuals interested in managing our concession stand Saturdays this upcoming spring.
